Quite easy. Just tell the people in the US that you are converting the cursed Nepalis into Christians. Money would pour.

There are many books on Amazon.com about fundraising on the internet (see link). These cover setting up a website, accepting payments, publicising the website, getting single and regular monthly donations, etc.
You could find another NGO in the USA or Europe that sells fairtrade goods and could sell things from Nepal that you provide, such as craft-items, photographs, paintings, books, CDs of Nepalese music, Videos (such as tourism/nature guides), etc.
You could send Nepalese goods to a partner in the USA or Europe and get them to sell them on the eBay online auction site.
You could organise vacations in people's homes and guides and translators for tourists in Nepal.
When you have set up your NGO and a way to accept payments online, such as Paypal or Nochex, you could contact groups with a specific interest in Nepal via their websites, such as mountain-climbers or back-packers or Nepalese poeple living overseas.
You may be able to get grants from the governments of the USA or European countries or the European Union.
Also contact other HIV NGO and charities for advice via their websites, in the USA and Europe and low-income countries in Africa and Asia and Latin America.
See the link to http://www.unites.org/html/resource/knowledge/07grants.htm and look at the 'Online Donations' (for internet fundraising) and 'E-Commerce / Online Markets for Indigenous Products' (for selling Nepalese goods) sections.
See the NGO Support and aidsalliance link for a free NGO Support toolkit CD-ROM for NGOs working on HIV/AIDS. It contains information and resources for NGOs.
Good luck.
