I have schematics for the European trailer plugs, but not for that car. I highly suggest to let a Renaut shop install the wires.
You would be unpleasantly suprised to learn just how cross wired cars are today. Also if this is not done water tight and it corrodes or shorts out later down the road you could have a real headache on your hands.
If the dealer does it, it's like insurance. They mess it up they have to fix it.

I have installed plenty of towing kits, but on modern cars, if there is not a pigtail harness specifically built for that make and model, I send the owner to a dealership for the electrics. Lets just say I learned a valuable lesson.
