Look in the phone book for your nearest Family Planning Clinic, they hand condoms out free.

If you are under 25 the Brook Advisory Clinic will sort you out - there's loads of them, just google it.
Alternatively, I think you can get them through your GP, or those walk-in health centres. There's one in Soho, near Soho square.
