once people realize that just because a race has one stupid person they are not all stupid.

We can't unless we all end up the same race. There has always been racisim and probably always will be. Humans are prejudiced creatures and not just about race. People seem to judge everybody about everything from money to sexual preference. No one seems to care about the quality of a person's character.

By the continual mind conditioning by Government & media to persuade people that something that is entirely natural is in fact wrong. It is another process at people control and not allowing free thought.

1 - knock the racists/bigots down a couple of notches. people generally change only when they are out of options
2 - do not let the racists get to you thereby demonstrating your own integrity.
3 - STATE YOUR CASE when you can. sometimes a person may only need a nudge. i.e. "please dont speak to me like that it makes me feel disregarded and hurts my feelings' - many are just repeating the behaviors of their parents, school chums, and dont really hate.

by judging people as indviduals as we get to know them not based on stereotypes on a negative encounter with one person from a particular race
