is war ever legal ? was 9/11 legal i guess if your a Muslim radical you'd say 9/11 was. America does like to interfere in other countries affair's by the back door most of the time. As for international law well I'm not a legal expert so have no real idea, My thought are with all the guy's being killed out there and i ask myself is it worth the price. Bush and Blair should have to answer the question about the reason's they went into Iraq as their claims were untrue !

Who have been they got here upon in charge by using? No valid courtroom, with the capacity to arrest or attempt all people, has ever got here upon them in charge or conflict crimes. Kuala Lumpar isn't a worldwide courtroom with the authority to attempt all people for something different than crimes dedicated interior its limitations -their opinion is beside the point not one of the failings you have listed are conflict crimes. college, hospitals, police forces, armies and infrastructure gets dismantled or destroyed in a conflict. this is especially a lot usual technique. Iraq has continuously been divided alongside religious and political lines, so as this is not something to do with Bush or Blair. human beings die in wars, back this is not a criminal offense until they're purposefully and particularly centred (not the case right here). comparing it to Nazi Germany is previous stupid. i'm not announcing the conflict replaced into good, in spite of the incontrovertible fact that it wasn't inevitably unlawful, and the failings you have defined at the instant are not conflict crimes. Libya and Iraq are completely diverse. How replaced into it unlawful? maximum folk of the inhabitants wanted worldwide help to overthrow a risky dictator who had killed hundreds of human beings and dedicated genocide. the sole crimes occurring there have been performed by using Libyan leaders.

They should but the chances are virtually zero.. They took us into an illegal war on a tissue of lies regarding weapons of mass destruction and then conveniently changed the reasons when no weapons found. The world is less safe from Iraq as it is now a training/breeding ground for terrorists.

Oh no the UN isnt for us it is for all the other countries.

I myself think it was an illegal war by international standards but that doesnt mean I want the President of my country put on trial for war crimes. We are the most powerful country in the world and as such make the rules.

So deal with it.

Yes if there is anything called "INTERNATIONAL LAW". In the name of WMD both B's invaded Iraq and now got Saddam convicted with death. Both of them should be tried for blunders done in their life. BUT WHO!!!!!! TO RING THE BELL AT COURT????? Saddam can do if he is freed and sent to INTL COURT!!

In Afghanistan entire world agreed their action, so it is LEGAL.

That's up to the people of the UK and America. So far, the only politician who says he wants to put Blair on trial is George Galloway and I don't like the rest of his agenda. (I think I'm No 35 on his list).

Somebody has to complain or file a suit against them in the Internatinal Court (if there is something like that!) then only can they be arrested, if proved that it was a crime.

This is my eternal wish. The problem I have tried to figure is that who will instigate this and how. It is clear to every free thinking person that they should be at least investigated.

Who to arrest them ? Like victors wrote history , Bush and Blair manipulated the definition of international law to their own advantages, after all most international law bodies are run by British and American nationals.
