you call 444 then wait for the option to hear your balance, you can as well press the trigangle key, load my 3, and then choose to select your balance

Your question is fine my friend.
OK, here is how you do it!!!
press the planet 3 button(triangle button).
Then, once it's loaded, scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page, Highlight where its says 'my 3' and click on it.
Now, you should be at the 'my 3' menu. highlight 'My account' and click on it. Now it's very easy from this point on!!!
so you go to check.
you'll now be taken to another menu and you just go though you bills like that.
hope that helps(as I'm a 3 specialist salesperson).

Ring 333 on your handset select option 2 or go into my3 via planet mobile on your handset, and go into check my usage. It should give your balance.
