Nope. Tried it and the next day I felt so guilty I went to the gym and worked out a little too hard. I ended up not going for a couple of days while the pain went away and the muscle healed.

Why not? I do that on holidays sometimes. But my favorite is drinking coffee, eating chocolate, sleeping in front of TV. It's a perfect winter day activity. *yawn*

I'd feel guilty only if I procrastinated and slept all day instead of working/studying.

YES! That's exactly what I did Christmas Day! My wife and I sat around the house, ate a christmas feast, watched movies and laughed and laughed all day. It was so nice! Between work and school and everyday life, we hardly get to see eachother, so I will take times like this as guilt free!

Absolutely. You've got to have a day to chill out and veg every once in a while. I'd throw in some video games too though!

As long as I don't have anything that reallyreallyreally needs to be done, I've been known to do that on occasion.
Doing nothing is really a fine art, and it can be very satisfying.

As long as I wasn't slated to work that day, I could completely indulge in those activities without a drop of guilt!

I could do it, but not without the guilt. Even when I am sick, and I rest, I always feel guilt. I am very active and I feel that I always have to be on the move!

Yes mam I certainly could. After the month I've had I think that would be just what I deserve.
