I watched the original series of Dr Who and all the episodes of the first season of the new series. I like the original series better. There is no way Dr Who is better that Star Trek! Star Trek is the best Science Fiction series ever shown on television. Babylon 5 is the second best ever.

Dr Who, oh gosh yeah, I loved that show!! We had it in Australia for years and years. We were just talking about that show on Chrissie Day. I really don't like the new series though. Only watched one episode. Bit disappointing. As for who will be most talked about, I think some candidates may be Messi, Rooney, Walcott, Ronaldo C, Robinho etc, and of course our old faves will still be talked of. Undoubtedly there will be some new up and coming stars who will evolve out of nowhere.

As to Dr. Who, yes, it ran on our public education channel. Loved the idea of transporting back in time in a phone booth. Loved the show back then.
Don't know anything about soccer (your football) so good luck on that one.
