no its not. sperm travel at such speed and they dont have very far to go. they can reach the egg in as littel as 30 minutes no matter which position you use.

No it isn't. Any time that you have unprotected sex you take a chance at getting pregnant. It is harder to conceive if the woman is on top of the man. Of course.....you know the routine!!! If pregnancy is something that you are trying to avoid I would suggest condoms...lol!!......

You can get pregnant from any position. You don't even have to have sex to get pregnant - if he ejaculates close to your vagina the sperm can still get in. Best position to avoid pregnancy is keeping your legs crossed or using a condom.

No, you've got the same chance no matter which position you are in. The spearm still have a very good chance of fertalizing the egg if she's ovulating.

do not listen to her that is a lye i don't care what position you are in if he cums in you you risk getting pregnant and that whole thing about they cant swim up if your sitting up do you not know that they are produced to swim up stream like salmon have you ever seen a salmon that could not make it up stream no matter what obstacles are in there way bears other fish sperm have no enemy's in the hole they will get up there trust me (take a sex ed class not trying to be funny )

It is definitely harder to conceive this way because the sperm have to fight harder to swim upstream. So the answer is yes kind of but if trying to avoid getting pregnant don't have sex or use a condom, etc.
