I would delegate like a mo fo to get it done, but I think i would totally rid us of any food that is unhealthy, and make it easier to produce the best quality produce, meat, and grains etc., with the least waste. I think overall better health for all people in every nation would eliminate A LOT of problems. It makes me sad that I can't actually do anything like this, though.......

I would change the human concept of religion.
This is the single biggest thing shaping the progress of technology and the survival of the human race!

Materially: I will make the radius of the earth at least twice it is now.
Spiritually: I will remove the hatred between religions.

Probably kill 5 billion people I do not know. Or eliminate all technology, while maintaining our knowldge of it, so we had to start from scratch
