Low cut tops are not sleezy if you wear it right. Try the Very Sexy Push Up bra from Victoria's Secret with it, it's does miraculous things, lol!

I have big boobs and there sexy. But there are just some stuff I can't do.
Wear your small boobs with seductive low cut blouses. You won't look slutty because its not like you are showing too much breast like I would be.
I have quite a bit of friends that do it.

Make the style yours.

I really like my small boobs and boobs are not the only things that make a woman sexy. I dont think it is sleazy, depends on the occasion and the exact cut of it.

I'm sorry as I have tried this one too but you can ONLY look good with a low cut top and small boobs if you are Gemma Ward, Lily Donaldson or any other very famous runway model who, let's face it, could carry off a binliner dress.
Sorry.
Wonderbras work wonders though.
Low cut tops are not slutty. Depends what else you wear. If you wear a classy low cut top and something classy below then it won't look slutty at all. If you wear a low cut top and a belt for a skirt and hooker boots, yeah you will look bad. But that's not rocket science.
Go for it. With a wonderbra. :]

It depends on the relative intelligence of the person looking at you. Neanderthals might not find that sexy. Informed guys, on the other hand, will find it quite sexy.... for years to come. You'll understand what I mean when you're in your 50s.
