I think it was. I made some baby steps towards my professional, emotional, and financial success. I began performing in local clubs (one step closer to making it as a musician/entertainer). I made some really great friends and cut some dead weight out of my social circle. I made more money than I ever have before. I'm hoping to grow even more in 2007 and achieve more goals but I would have to say 2006 was a blast.

let's see, during 2006 I:

1> was single
2> kept my job
3> didn't contract any STD's
4> stayed healthy
5> accomplished nothing that made the world a better place
6> attended only one funeral, one funeral too many - a friend of mine was murdered (RIP Craig)
7> saved some money
8> made a significant difference in two people's lives

so, 2006 was not a complete failure, but not a screaming success either.

NO! It was one of the worst years I've had. I hold a little hope for the New Year though. Anything has to be better than 2006.

Yes, very successful. I got a promotion after only 6 months with the company I am working for and we were able to upgrade to a much bigger house.

Worst year of my life. In June i had a heart attack and nearly died and then in August i lost my job of 23 years due to plant closure. Since the heart attack i'm now on 3 expensive medications and my insurance runs out on Dec 31st. I won't be able to afford it any longer so i will probably die because i can't afford the meds.

yep, I was able to make some money, get straight A's in my college classes, give back to the community, make some new friends, receive a few scholarships, networked with some very influential people in my intended field, and was overall very happy. Let's hope 2007 is even better!
