Just look at the connector that connected to your motherboard. If its 2 connectors you have an AT power supply a 200/150 Watt will do, if for some chance it is one 20 pin connector its ATX and get like a 250...

Did you mean Packard Bell Spirit? I cant find Sprite! Link below for the spirit which may not be that different. Good luck!
