This is absolutely normal and I don't think there is any way to change a baby's sleeping pattern. It will change once she is grown up at least by 2 or 3 more months. You need to weight.
Both of our kids had similar habit.

You need to change her schedule! Sounds like she put herself on one, and got it backwards. When she naps during the day, wake her, gently after 20 to 30 minutes. Play with her, and encourage her to stay awake. The first couple days might now produce many results, but sooner or later her schedule will start to straighten out. When she does get up at night, feed her, change her, make sure she's comfortable, and put her back to bed. No playing either. Keep it quiet and as dark as possible at night. If you're playing with her, and turning lights on her little mind has no idea that it's nighttime, and she should be in bed. It works, I promise. I had twins 18 months ago. The book I bought about twins suggested that life would be easiest if you get them both on the same schedule, your schedule, and fast. The few tips I gave you were from that book. My twins were sleeping at night, waking once to eat by a month and a half. It was heaven.
Good luck, and I hope you get some rest!

It's pretty normal for babies to have an awake/alert and/or fussy period in the late afternoons and evenings. This helps make them tired enough to go to sleep at sleep time and hopefully sleep for a longer stretch than in the daytime. So, try to get your baby awake in the afternoons and evenings. If you are going back to work soon you might be trying to get everything done that you wanted to do while you were on leave from work, and you might accidently have been encouraging evening naps so you can get things done...I'm going back to work soon, and I think I might be doing it some.
It sounds horrible, but it works...I know of two different families that kept their baby awake by applying cold, wet washcloths and sometimes running, cold water if needed.

she's got the day night switched up your going to have to try to keep her up most of the afternoon so that she'll go back to night sleeping its very common for babies but it stinks for us you need your sleep dont let her sleep past 1 pm and if you have to put a little cold wash cloth what ever you have to do to keep her up be persistant and in a few days to a week she'll go back to sleeping at night good luck don't get frustrated its hard but you can do it

Sounds like she's got her days and nights mixed up. You need to reverse this. Try this website and search for articles about sleep habits.

Or any other parenting/baby site may help too.
