Choose tall parents!

Sports will make your bones stronger but not longer. How tall you will be is genetically determined. If you are malnourished you might never reach the height your genes call for, but nothing can make you taller than you were meant to be. Don't worry. People come in different sizes and shapes, and it's not important to your happiness whether you are tall or short. It's who you are inside that counts.

get into some sports, man lol i heard from my health teacher that you have to put stress on your bones to make them grow, so like jump, or run, join the cross country team lol

Eat healthy food, regularly exercise your body.take protein rich food.
