How sad and ugly that several of the answers shown here seem to assume that it's an insult to Ford's memory to question whether he was homosexual or not. Ford might have answered in the negative, but he was a staunch supporter of gay rights, and a foe of gay bashing.
My answer to your question is, "No, Gerald Ford probaby didn't have that honor".
And Lincoln would probably opt for the gay life, were he alive today, as his most rewarding intimate relationships were with men.
