i got a friend of mine...she is like so sad over a guy he love...cause she felt she being used...cause the guy lie to her saying that he do not love his ex girlfriend but then actually he still miss his ex girlfriend...and also my friend found out that actually like her alittle more then a friend what to do? she felt depress i really treat her as my good friend pls help me think of ways to cheer her up

I honestly don't understand most of what you said. But to cheer up a friend is not that easy especially if she's feeling very vulnerable. Be there for her and take her shopping. Make her dinner or rent out your fave flicks.
