In episode 1 the two people who spoke first were the pilot of the embassodor ship and Viceroy Nute Gunray (ugly alien bug thing).
In episode 6 the two last people to speak were Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader, I think....

the answer is r2-d2. he spoke in episode 5 first, which was really film one and he bleeped in episode 3 last, which was really movie 6
