Well, it would be beautiful if being full was the best part.. You just eat whatever you SHOULD be eating, and then when you are full, you stop and that is the best part, the stopping because you are full..
But in our society, it's the time right BEFORE you eat it.. that anticipation. When you're cooking it, or buying the ingredients at the store, or for you sickos, paying for and taking the hot paper bag of death. It's similar to waiting for a new something that will be arriving in the mail, or the few seconds of tearing open the package of that something. A couple months later and you could care less about what the actual item was. It's kind of the same thing with food if you think about it. It's all impulses and it sickens me-because I've yet to evolve as well..

Many suggest that out dinner should be light and the lunch could be a litter sumptuous. But, many of us, we are not able to have the lunch sumptuous, for want of time or for any other reason. Only at night, you have the time for yourself and you tend to enjoy your meal.

Eating something that you really enjoy. Sometimes it's also being with friends are family. It can also be trying a new place to eat or a new type of food than you are use to.

Well, if I am eating out alone, I love to watch people. If I am with someone, enjoying the company. If I am at home, we read stuff to one another and share our day.
