We all suffer insanity to some degree.

Insanity is a legal term not a psychological term. If I understand correctly, insanity refers to a persons ability to be responsible, not whether the person has mental issues.

If someone points a gun to your head and tells you to shut up, and you keep talking until your brains were blown out, then you were insane. In contrast, if you feel sad and have no energy, you might be depressed.

You dont. Thats the point. You will have no difficulty whatsoever with your behavour.

The key to 'cure' most behavioural disorders is getting the patient to accept a problem exists.
