I sicerely hope that it is not representative. Even of the English speaking world, for that matter.
If the proportion of gullible, idealistic naive "violation reporters" in Yahoo Answers is representative of the world at large, then God help all of us.

Yes it is a universal melting pot of people who want to get to know other people and who enjoy answering each others questions. Regarding the "UK and Ireland" section, this is sure fire proof of it, we get not only the Americans and Canadians on here but every other nationality you can name.
