Is speaking portuguese a must? Many managers and Parters in HK only speak enlgish. Is Portuguese still a must even for mangerial positions?

If you want to work for Big4 in Brazil you should apply to them directly. You chances will depend if they have a vacancy ,but obviously previous experiance with the company will help.
Obviously speaking Portuguese will be necessary.

You must speak Portuguese and applying directly to them in Brazil will be a waste of time. The visa process is long and arduous. It is much better to go with your current firm as opposed to sending out resumes to firms in Brazil.
