No, unless u know exactly what she's like...
first things first, she isnt darpok or anything... u don't mean enough for her, or she doesnt like u enough to go against anybody, (her parents, conventions) for u
even the most darpok girl or guy for tht matter will do things when they are in love tht they would otherwise never do....
she's plain wise, as it seems to me
plus, u have never talked to her, she is only ur idea of what u want to be in love with....
its strange when guys one hardly talks to come n declare there love for u, they dont even know u, what u exactly r as a person.... they think knowing comes after loving, it doesnt
how can somebody be in love with u if they don't know u in ur best n ur worst....
and if its not that, its not love, coz it isnt coming from ur soul...
did she say she likes u but wont talk to u? are u scared of talking to her bcoz she wont like u back? it doesnt even seem like she likes u or smthing.... i hardly think u r in love....

Nope. You can't love people that you don't know, and if you've never talked to this girl then you don't know her. Talk to her and get to know her. You don't have to be interested in her for a girlfriend to be able to talk to her. Approach her as a friend and see where that leads. Nope, you can't love people you don't know. That's fake or it's just lust. Neither reflects well on you.
