Are you supposed to feel the baby move daily at this time? Would you be able to feel it when you touch the skin as well, or only the flutters? this is my third child.

Drink a tall glass of water and then go sit somewhere for a while on your own and if it happens again or you even see something then you probably are getting good movements. I am on my 4th pregnancy and have only experienced flutters at that time.

Yes women report feeling foetal movement at 16 weeks and even earlier although it is uncommon under 19-20 weeks.

16 weeks is within the time frame, but it's at the early end. If you're worried because you're NOT feeling them, relax. You still have a few weeks. Congrats on your new little one!

you probably won't feel anything from the outside yet, but you should feel at least the odd movement every day inside.

congrats!
