A common cause of falling off or dropping a bike is the use of the front brake lever at slow speeds.

When you lock the wheel up it transfers all the energy to the rest of the bike which causes you to drop it.

Always faling from a bike is probably natures warning that you are in over your head and should maybe drop down a couple of bike sizes or get more lessons before you kill yourself or others.

This is of course assuming that your bike is roadworthy , has good tyres, is machanically sound and you are not pissssed at the time

It's either to big for you, or too much bike for you to handle (in terms of acceleration and power). Try a smaller less powerful bike or get a moped ; (0>

Because your legs don't reach the ground?

Because you lost your legs after crashing your 600 cc bike?

Because you're an idiot?

It's nature's way of telling you to walk?

You either don't know how to ride and need to get a smaller bike, or you hit the gas too hard when taking turns, and other things like that.

More info would help...

That's the dumbest question I've heard in a while. Next time you fall, stay down.
