My friend keeps ringing me and hanging up and I want to prank her with a really good prank.
I alredy made the computer talk, got other people to talk and I want to REALLY annoy her!

can you sort some headed letter paper, scan from a bill of some sort and then produce a bill to her and send it in the post, illegal to copy actual headed paper but you couldimprovise. make it more real, do you have inside knowlege of her recent shopping trips.
write on apparant health authority paper, to tell her to contact the STD clinic, her contact there should be a Mrs Betty Swollocks.
do you have access to a cam corder? take a clip of her or your bathroom/toilet when it's empty, then when she goes to the toilet you can play it and when she returns say, well i see what you got up to in there.
itching powder on the loo seat?
cling film on loo?
change the keys on her key bunch for ones that will not open her front door. or car keys.

Make an apple pie out of her bed, your Mom will tell you how to do it. If you know for sure she will use the toilet at some point put cling film over the bowl (not the seat). Another bit of harmless fun is to put jam in her coat pockets.

believe it or not I have found the best way to annoy a prankster or anyone else for that matter is to just pretend they don't exist or ignore them completely.. act like it doesn't bother you at all or what they did just didn't happen. really do it. it works best, it may not be as exciting to you at the time but try it and see how annoyed the person gets.

do a google serch for pratical jokes, there are tons and some right corkers, lol but dont do nasty ones as they arnt funni
get the number of the undertakers and tell her to call myra Mains
or the zoo and ask her to call mr lions works every time

Open a small can of tuna , then hide it in her house , the smell
after a few days should annoy her , then really get to her in a

get a ton of cardboard from boxes and a ton of duct tape. box her car up. it will take forever to unwrap it, and it will be embarrassing if she's at work, school, etc.
