You must see a doctor!! Maybe you have much stress??
Anyway, if you are troubled about this matter things can go worse, as the mind and the body are connected and sometimes it happens that if we get especially nervous about something it goes worse and worse, because the body reacts in a bad way.
It might be some hormonal problem, which can be easily solved out by a doctor. So please, pick up your phone and make an appointment as soon as possible!!

There are some issues. You need to give answers to few questions.
How is your sex habits ?
Are you on some contraception pills ?
Have you gone for emergency contraception ?
Ther are possibilities that after initial intecourse, on taking ECP and pills irregularities in cycle happens. If that is so you need not to be woried. 23 is not the age for menopause. It might be some other hidden difformities or cause for the irregularities.
Please do consult a docter urgentlu.

Um, think you may have to consult a Doctor, could be that you are not taking enough vitamins or getting enough fibre in your diet, calcium too. All these things can affect it but you do need a doctor to pin point the exact cause
