It could mean she just wants to talk.....and you're paranoid. Don't worry yourself so much over the "what could it be" question....its not worth the stress.

Depends how she said it........what tone did she have? Shes probably annoyed.......its normally a 'yeah ok leave me alone now, im busy im going so i'll speak to you later' kinda thing.
