I know if one where to go into one of these they would stretch as well as light and anything thats close now my question is do you stretch to the point of infinity or do you just dissapear?

Not 'infinity' because you'll be sucked into the black hole itself. It'll just be a long, skinny version of you! Actually, at the event horizon itself, forces are so strong that even individual molecules, then atoms are pulled apart. Now from the perspective of someone watching, there will be a faint afterimage of you hanging above the E.H. that will last a long long time, but you are long gone.

Whether you get stretched or not depends on the size (mass) of the black hole you are falling into. What causes you to "stretch" is the gradient of the gravitational field (how the gravitational acceleration varies with distance. An object gets stretched when the gravitational force applied to the object varies significantly across its length. Very large black holes do not have a sharp enough gradient of their magnetic field to cause human-scale objects to stretch. Near the event horizon of smaller black holes, there are sufficient gradients to stretch objects.

If you were watching a person fall into a large black hole, the light from them would become more and more red-shifted as they get closer to the hole. Time dialation effects would make it appear to an outsider that a person falling would never actually reach the event horizon. They would just red-shift out of view. To the person falling, if it was a large black hole, the outside world would be moving faster and faster. You could actually whittness the evolution of the cosmos, see stars being born, moving, galaxys colliding, and death of the stars all at a super accelerated pace. (from your perspective)

You don't "stretch" at all, only appear to, because space is being bent (along with light, etc..). And you only go as far as the white dwarf (dead star) that is pulling you in. You don't dissappear (vanish), just get crushed by gravity beyond comprehension. A place to avoid if you can...

I don't think its the stretching that you need to worry about. I would be more concerned about the crushing that will happen after you fall in.
