The world is always changing. So of course! A better question would be "HOW did the world change after World War II?" Some of the answers here tackle that question very well!

oh yes, i think the world learned that capitalism and democrasy is the way to go, and america took over from britain and became a world power, so it changed from socialism to capitalism, which works to some degree
