Well I ended up doing mine in Amsterdam because we didn't have much time and it was on the way to where we were moving. Walking through the Red Light District is not my dream honeymoon. I would like to have a second honeymoon in Italy. My husband hasn't been and I think it is so romantic. Especially Florance. I think I would stay in a hotel or Pension just outside of Florance, in the country and go on Wine tastings and Gastonamy tours because my husband is a chef.
I think I used to imagine somewhere more like the Bahamas but I think the perfect honeymoon has more to do with what the 2 of you like. I know people who have gone and rented a cabin in the woods or traveled to different romantic B&Bs. Depends on the people.
