Why is there a file called "HPIP.log" on my drive?

Why is there a file called "HPIP.log" on my drive?

It's a networked drive, provided by a server that's running Windows Server 2003. My laptop is XP-pro. The file is empty. If I delete it, it comes back. Any ideas?

This logs the "Highly Pornographic Indecent Photos" if its empty then your Internet is not working properly

Sorry, I don't know what it's for.

I would guess it just logs error messages and other information for some application. If it's empty, I'm guessing the filesize isn't that big. Just leave it there.
