Yes it appears that all my family remember this film about a little boy with a pet RAT and M Jackson sings the Lyrics,My Stepson has now been trying to get a copy of this film for two years and cannot find one anywhere,Can you help?

'Ben' was the sequel to 'Willard'. 'Willard' came first and was more critically acclaimed and successful than 'Ben'. 'Willard' was remade a couple years ago, but 'Ben' has yet to be remade. For anyone who's seen the original or remake of 'Willard', you'll remember 'Ben the rat' was the biggest meanest rat who was Willard's best friend. Ben was the leader of the rats, only 2nd to Willard. His popularity promted this sequel (Ben) to be produced. The title song from the movie, sang by Michael Jackson, was the bigger hit. The movie remains classic though.

Ben the two of us need look no more, we've both found what we are searching for...yes I remember the film, it is sad and I think I cried, but I was only young, it was back in the 70s. Check it out on IMDB the movie database site.

Rodney MC Dow was in it I Also renumber there being two rats one black and one white ( the film title was Willard ) I vaguely remember MC Dow using the rats as a weapon against his boss
and in the end they turned against him (for a tug on the heart strings a small boy befriended the black rat who he called Ben Q.E.D. The song
