Seems its true!!
It looks like the Nicole Richie-Joel Madden pairing wasn't just a one-night stand.
The itty-bitty celebutante and Good Charlotte singer have been inseparable since he was dumped by long time teen GF, Hilary Duff.
andPOP previously reported the couple had double dated with Madden's twin, Benji, and were dirty dancing together in a Los Angeles nightclub.
It now seems their relationship is picking up speed.
Madden, 27, was listed as Richie's emergency contact person in paperwork filed in relation to her DUI charges earlier this week, Page Six reports. Richie, 25, was arrested early Monday morning for driving under the influence of marijuana and Vicodin, after she was seen driving the wrong way down a California highway
Richie was then photographed the next day on the L.A. set of a music video for Good Charlotte with Madden.

yea its true.... he goes out with the most unexpected people that you would not imagine him going out with... first hilary duff and now nicole richie..... i would have never thought they would be together
