If by argument you mean people expressing their different opinions in order to arrive at a consensus, then it's healthy.

If you mean people shouting and screaming at each other, very unhealthy.

They can go either way....the key is how you end an arguement. The way you choose to end an arguement or disagreement is what decides whether it is healthy or destructive to the people and relationship involved. Learn to not just say what is on your mind and what is important to you but also learn to be able to compromise with each other to settle some of your disagreements. Once they are settled move forward and don't dwell on past mistakes.

I really do think healthy as long as they are just small rows just as fighting over the tv or who is making the next cup of tea.

However the the fights are alot more intense and serious then they can certainly lead to a destructive relationship.

I mean if ye are arguing about the same thing constancly then surely that can lead to it driving ye apart.

Me and my partner do fight but thank God it is never anything serious.

If there is something that is worring you i would advise you to speak to your partner. As it make go away now but these worries can creap up when you least expect them

Best of Luck

Arguments are always destructive in one way or another. People who say they are healthy are the ones who win the arguments. Someone always wins so someone always loses.
It is just another process employed by the bully in the relationship and the trelationship is therefore an abusive one.

Argument is different to debate. It takes maturity to debate something, chimpanzees can argue.

It depends on how you argue.
If you fight unfair by:
1) Name calling
2) Abandoning your partner by giving them the silent treatment for days
3) Bringing up other things besides the arguement at hand
4) Not forgiving ... or understanding

These are not healthy to a relationship.

I hate arguing. It is an aggreessive form of communication, almost bullying.

I'd much prefer to have a discussion, a constructive conversation, where both can put their respective points of view across without fear.

Good communication is essential for a healthy relationship.

I believe that we might think they are. The truth is they are neither. They are a way of getting our opinions on the table to be discussed. It is how we deal with them that can be destructive. If we don't fight fair we will be destructive. We must learn how to argue fair.

Healthy if they aren't every day and if they don't get extremely nasty.

Healthy if you can kiss and make up after, and still feel lucky to have that guy/girl

They are good cause they show passion is alive, you both stand up for yourselves. However, when one person becomes a bully it can spiral into seriously negative!

An occasional argument is healthy, but if it occurs on a daily basis, then it's destructive.
