Normally I exercise about 45 minutes a day. However, I'm 30 weeks pregnant and my workouts are closer to 25 minutes. But this week I've been dealing with a terrible cold so I haven't worked out at all. But even when I'm not exercising I'm fairly active. I have two kids and I'm a busy person.

hhehehehehee... u are so funny...

but well if u call the 15minute walk i take to the bus stop everymorning, then the 5minute walk to where i get picked up by the staff bus, then the countless times i walk between my boss's office, the kitchen, the bathroom, then the aimless wondering in the mall i do after work, then the 15minute walk back home - if all that can count for exercise - then to answer your question - YES!!!!! 10minutes and a whole lot more.. hehehehe

10 mins is too little but it's a good start for beginners. I exercise not less than an hour.

Yep. if you count multiple trips up and down the stairs at home when the kids are going to bed as exercise.
