You are not alone, listen carefully, this could be treated not only with medication, or meditation. Think outside the box, u need to let go, and be happy that u are alive! u cant live ur life under this paranoia, please go to a therapist and the most important thing change everything u are doing to make u feel that way. Focus that fear in something positive, for example u canmove from ur current location to a melow place and find peace. God Bless you and I know u are going to be fine.

Go to the doc and get some Wellbutrin. Sounds like you are paranoid, and maybe suffer from anxiety & panic attacks. I have that. Take some deep breaths every time this starts. Breath in through your nose hold it, breath out through you mouth but pucker your lips so it comes out slow. It will bring oxygen to your brain, I have to do it every night at bedtime. It works. As for the future, it's hard to save. But you can always start now. Get a job with retirement and benifits for a start. I don't think property or money will mean much after you die and you can't take it with you. So don't think you have to own the world, just a moderate home and life style, the simpler the better. You will be happier!
