actually, there is no flag "flying" at the Apollo 11 site because Neil and Buzz placed it too close to the LM. When the ascent rocket fired, the blast knocked it down. (True).

There should be 5 other flags flying though - Apollo 12,14,15,16,17.

We can assume it does. A flag was planted during each of the Apollo landings. Of course there's a chance that a meteor, the blast from the ascent module's motor, or some astronomic phenomena could have knocked them down.

Several (or all?) of the LEM's descent modules (the part of the LEM left behind) had commemorative plaques attached to them; each having an etching of the United States flag. Also, most of the miscellaneous equipment and vehicles sent to the moon over the years has a flag decal on them...somewhere-or another.

The flag(s) on the moon wasn't totally stiff, but metal wires were sowed along the edges. And as others have mentions is there no air and only a little gravity on the moon and that's why the flag(s) doesn't "fall", unless something touches it.

No, they were destroyed when the alien ships passed over en route to earth on Independence Day - along with the footpints. By the way, in response to a previous answer; the Russians never landed on the moon.

If Neil Armstrong really hoisted the flag it will be, since as there is less gravitational force & air is not present .But I think it won't be flying as there is no air ,it will be in a constant positon

Yes. There are several, one for each mission. No one has been there to take them down.
