I'm an honest straightforward-serious person,wish to contribute positively in business and social live,but unfortunatly I face difficult times?please advise.thanks

It sounds like you are buying into the politics of the American life-style. I think that if you learn to respect yourself more you will find that people will feel more comfortable respecting you. Self-confidence is a trait that people intentionally seek out when in need of help.
