DNA is contained in every cell in every part of your body, even the bacteria. Blood contains cells, so it's in your blood.

hahahaha some of these answers are stupid. red blood cells DONT have DNA! clearly as they start life they have DNA in order to be produced by mieosis, but s they develop and make their way into the blood stream they lose there DNA. This happens so there is more room for haemoglobin in the cell so oxygen can be carried more efficently in the blood.
White blood cells have DNA but these are only active in fighting disease. if u were to screen blood u would find no DNA present as the white blood cells are in so small amounts even when there is a disease to be fought. otherwise the white blood cells remain out of the blood in the lymph node. this is why blood cannot identify people as there is no DNA, and the blood groups are too broad (not unique enough).

Red blood cells do not have DNA, they have lost their nucleus. They do have some RNA left in the cytoplasm. Other cells within the blood do have DNA, such as the white blood cells.
