Stop biting them,
Drink more milk,
Eat more vegetables,
False nails damage your real nails so i wouldn't recommend using them,
Go to a nail technichan and get them painted in your favourite colour.

All of the above will help you to make your nails look better. Good Luck.

Better... how? Are they incredibly short? Are they yellowish? Are they dry? Are your nail cuticles busted up? Too many ridges? Nails breaking, splitting or hanging? What's wrong with your nails?

trim them with nail clippers then file them to even rounded edges and buff them. when nail polish chips off it damages the nail, when false nails come off, it damages them, buffing makes the nail shiny without the harsh nail polish.

File/clip them down until they are all evenly rounded. Next, apply your favorite color. Red or black are considered "modernly classic." Be sure to follow up with a glossy top coat (Poshe is a good one, it's found at Sally's Beauty.)
