Oh. My. God. That first answer is complete crap.
The only ways to increase breast size are to put on weight (breasts are mostly fatty tissue) or to have implants.
To improve the shape, all I can suggest is trying different bras. Again, the only way to change the shape when naked is to put on weight or get implants.

u should have a nice satisfy ing sex with ur boy frnd,.tell him to be very smooth and gently rub ur boobs and if he seduces u properly it will grow a lot,..also tell him to suck it lick it kiss it etc etc,..and u will seriously see many changes
