Me and my family will migrate in 2 years. Consider the following:
1. Economy / Job / Carreer / Business - I want to migrate to have a better life. I want to work and earn what I work for. I want to live in a country where I can prosper and there are lots of opportunities for growth.
2. Culture / Relationships / Family Life - I want to still retain my cultural upbringing at the same the new culture can be easily adapted to. I will create new relationships and enhance the existing ones. Of course, family life is valued.
These are my essentials, cannot do with only one. All or nothing.

If you like the weather in the area and can find a job. If you have children, if it is a nice place to raise them.
