Did you leave out a word or misspell this? I've never heard 'too love'.
'to love' is the infinitive of the verb 'love' which means "to feel a passion, devotion or tenderness for" (Merriam Webster Advanced Dictionary & Thesaurus)
'too much love'- to me, this is when love is inappropriate (for instance if the setting is wrong- in public is one example) or when 1 person has feelings for someone else that begin to make the other feel smothered or when my own feelings of love begin to hinder my life.
Why don't you add more details and let us have a better shot at answering what you have in mind?
