Hanging is a just reward for his crimes. For those that want him to be tortured to a slow death, you should seek help from a doctor because you are not right in the head.

Whatever Saddam committed in his lifetime is both reprehensible and abominations to humanity.
He deserved the death penalty by hanging for the salutary lesson to other tyrants and despots that they stand the danger of having to answer to their people one day.
What I find unacceptable is the theatric that went with the hanging. Even a criminal in his last moment deserves the privacy and dignity of death.
Vengeance was clearly the executioners of Saddam. Justice took a backseat.
When his body was taken down, it was exposed to be reviled, spat on and cursed by loved ones of his victims.
In that thoughtless act, Saddam’s executioners were no better.
They claim to be civilised.
But what I see is barbaric and pettiness from Saddam’s captors.
In the end, unwittingly, they allowed Saddam to die with triumph in his spirit.

How about getting ripped to products by 4 horses? Is that violent sufficient for you? Saddam might want to not be killed from a political standpoint, contained in the Sunday cases (England) the day handed by there change right into a heavy weight political analyst that thinks that the martyr's that his lack of life will spawn will reign terror and blood on us all doubtlessly...it truly is an significant standpoint to consider I reckon...

Why do you all hate this guy so much? What did he do to you? Perhaps you have watched too many Hollywood movies. I agree that he is a terrible person, but killing him won't make God forgive the sins all of you have committed in your lives.

I have trouble understanding why he gets the death penalty, but Pinochet was hand picked by the US and he committed acts along the same lines and he was just forced into exile. I guess different strokes for different folks.

Rotting in a jail cell for life. Killing him he would not suffer. But in a cell for life with no privilages just starting at the wall all day 24/7 is hell on earth.

I just want them to snuff him before somebody cuts him loose.
They already let his right hand man go. Same as they did in
Afganistan.

Actually since he is a military leader, he should be executed in the martial way... which is to be shot to death....
