The goals in life somebody has does not depend on his/her sex, it depends on the character, education, preparation and, of course, the opportunity somebody has been given during the life form his / her family.
You could be the best-prepared professional - but if no company gives you any opportunity to show that you are worth it, well...
Unfortunately girls are not always given the same opportunities. But that is a problem of the society in many countries, because too many people think that women should have just 3 main targets in their life: get married, bear children and care for the husband the children and the household...
But that’s a generation problem and hopefully this way of thinking will vanish in the future.
Many women have proofed, that they can reach much higher goals than just being a housewife or working in a low paid job.
I think, if men and women can decide by themselves both sexes have the same main targets in life.

There are two aspects to the Lifeforce we call Masculine and Feminine. One flowing from the Source of Life to us,
and the other flowing back. Humans take on characteristics of these forces in order to help our Creator create Life!
As we know, humans are very complicated creatures.
There are Masculine women and Feminine men, and
that doesn't necessarily mean gay or lesbian.
Every human being is a combination of the Creative
forces at work when they are born. As their spirit
absorbs these aspects when they leave the womb and
become a separarte entitity. This creates individual
characteristics, and no two humans are exactly alike.
Even twins tend to be one more Masculine, and the other
more Feminine.
To answer your question. It's more a matter of individual personality and character as to what one seeks in life.
And has very little to do with whether they are Male or
Female.

Most definitely! I think most of us (men and women alike) want to be a good person, be involved with our familys, maybe even start a family (prosper), be successful at something, and do something that makes us feel important or that our life has meaning. I think these are all common goals for men and women.

As both are essentially human beings, they surely can have the same goals, only if producing offsprings is not one of the goals!

Yes, if the goal is to make lots of money, start a family or live happily ever after then why should there be a difference?

Yes....

Guess you never heard of "the glass ceiling"......of Gloria Steinem.... or the women's movement......

Not that I'm into that sort of thing.... But, these "perspectives" certainly helped to shape and mould the way women are viewed in society..... Especially the "Glass Ceiling" approach to business objectives.......
