THis is not a meaningful question. What do you mean by "best?" Best for whom?
These are two great schools which each is famous and has produced many, many distinguished graduates. And there are many other schools which also have earned high respect from the medical community.... obviously, Duke, Stanford, Chicago, the other Ivies, and several highly respected state universities...

I would not limit to those choices Duke has an excellent program as does Case Western Reserve.
