One other problem what you may have if you do not urinate or neglect urinating is development of stones in the kidney.
Voluntary urinary retention include increased frequency of urinary tract infections which can lead to more serious infections and in rare situations renal damage.
A study shows that women should be voiding more than men!

your bladder is like a balloon, if you keep blowing the balloon up it will not return to its original shape. The same thing happens to your bladder when you hold your urine. Not fulling emptying the bladder with cause a great deal of problems. Go when you feel the need to go and make your bladder last a life time

its not good to neglect urinating. rocks will grow in your kidney. u will go and have a surgery for that. so you better not do it.

It's no good for your kidneys to hold it in. You need to flush everything out!

You can't neglect to urniate,..you could not possibly hold it in,..you would pee yourself, or drown yourself I imagine..but it is impossible to hold it in.
