I work with this guy who no body can get along with. I truly believe he has some sort of mania, coupled with paranoia. The thing is somehow he has befriended me. It's causing me alot of stress at work, him always shouting (at others, not me), always cussing, and just plain acting like a gorilla. We work on a construction site, so the managers like him cause he yells at the labor force.

How can I get him to stop considering me his friend!!!!????

I have tried pointing out to him more than once that his behaviour will hurt him and is annoying to others. But he seems to take pride in being a gorilla.

You could hire a hitman, but you'd get the death penalty if you get caught. Try befriending some other guy and hanging out with him instead until he gets the point.

Tell him that you're going to college at night for "Psych" 101", I'm sure that he does'nt like them (shrinks), be careful, just avoid him, ( he might turn on you, psycho's do that) this guy sounds like a real annoying pain in the a-s, it's no wonder that mngmt. likes him, wait until he distracts someone enough, to cause an injury by yelling, then sue the ballz off the co. for hiring a Lunatic who yells, drop that hint on a note under the bosses lunch box, or just hit "PRINT", and leave THIS note for the BOSS....."LAW$UITE", also contact "Osha" and inform them, a little visit by them, goes a long way !

Wow!.... sounds like someone is fixated with you huh? ha ha....you should drop little hints that you pick your friends carefully, and that you don't like rowdy people, who shout at others, and that you think it is just plain bad manners....hopefully he will get the drift, if not you're stuck with him sorry.

Tell him this.....at work we are associates and will work as such but when the job is done we go our separate ways. He may get the message and ease off a little.

You mean you can't just avoid this man? Sounds like an easy fix. Ignore him or find stuff to do to stay away from him.

You work on a construction site... what do you expect. Its a manly job. Pull up your panties and put on your high heels and find another job.

haha, ignore or maybe just tell him to get a therapist... probably will piss him off at you though, so he may start cussing at you. I dunno... good luck.
