Which brand (L'Oreal, Maybelline, Revlon, Lakme...) has the best and most effective white eyeliner? I'm looking for a soft tip, retractable, no-sharpening type of eyeliner.
Please advise.

Body shop has the best white eyeliner! It is not very expensive too.

I dont know why someone would scorn u for asking about white eyeliner??? ..i LOVE my white eyeliner! i use either the white Rimmel kind, which is great! or L'oreal.. i have also used white shadow by Jane (dont know if its still around?) called "bone white"
it works good too. u can use it wet or dry...4 some days i just use a white pearl color instead of white, which also does the same effect as the white just less dramatic...

I have loats of types of eye-liners, but to be honest, only one type is the best: Rimmel London makes the best types of eye-liners, mascaras, lipstick, etc...
Trust me on this one! If you whant a white one, I guarantee you that is the best choice on Rimmel London because is as you say: it's a soft tip and retractable.

go for amway or revlon they are the best. they wont cost u much n they will work for a long period of time. u get it in various sizes like small and large they even come in diff shades of white like cream white , pure white etc

white eyeliner makes ur eyes look bigger so ok if u have small eyes but if u have big ones well u cn end up looking weird. try the body shop or rimmel london! gd luck, makeup rox!!!

Use Lancome. Their eyeliner is always reliable and smooth. It can be expensive but definitly worth it.

Rimmel- it's cheap, you can get at almost any drug store and they always have great (not so easily found) colors.

WHY ON EARTH do you want to wear white eyeliner? it does nothing at all for you; makes your eyelid look bigger (light colors advance or make things look larger) plus you would look really strange!!!!!!!!!!!!!! forget about it!!
